🎉 Please join us in congratulating Jessica Flessert, HCM and Talent Development Manager at MyPath, on her 15-year anniversary!

Jessica began her career as a Youth Counselor at Genesee Lake School, a MyPath Company, before stepping into a Program Supervisor role. In 2014, she transitioned into Human Resources, where she has held a variety of roles that deepened her expertise.

In 2021, Jessica became an HR Analyst with MyPath Support Services and, most recently, advanced into her current role as HCM and Talent Development Manager in 2023. This position is a natural fit, building on her years of HR experience and her leadership with our Workday platform.

🎉 Last month, we celebrated a huge milestone—the one-year anniversary of our first brick-and-mortar ABA Clinic in Brookfield!

In just one year, our team at Genesee Community Services (GCS), a MyPath Company, of nearly 30 staff members has worked tirelessly to build a thriving clinic at capacity—no small task. Their dedication, teamwork, and commitment to the children and families we serve have made this milestone possible.

We marked the occasion with a pizza party and prizes, but the real celebration is recognizing the incredible effort it took to make this vision a reality.

On this day in 1984, the Balestrieri and Zilber families founded Oconomowoc Residential Programs (ORP, Inc.) by purchasing a children’s residential care center and several adult group homes in Southeastern Wisconsin.

What began with two service lines has grown into MyPath—a family of companies now serving over 2,000 individuals across 150+ programs in 41 communities throughout Wisconsin and Indiana.

Hosted inside the iconic Lambeau Field Atrium, the evening brought together Green Bay Packers Alumni, community members, and supporters for a night of connection, silent and live auctions, raffle prizes, dinner, and entertainment.

Vanessa has been with MyPath for 10 years and is passionate about sustainability, food preserving on her family’s hobby farm, and giving back to the community. 💚

Meet Rachel Elliott, Learning Coordinator at The Richardson School (TRS), a MyPath Company. 🌟

Rachel has been part of TRS for three and a half years, first serving as Day School Director before transitioning into her current role, where she focuses on teaching and learning across MyPath schools.

As Learning Coordinator, Rachel leads efforts in curriculum alignment, instructional coaching, professional development, and using data to drive instruction and ensure IEP fidelity. Her passion lies in building systems that empower educators and improve outcomes for all students.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys golfing, playing soccer, and spending time outdoors. She shares:
