Our 72 bed center offers a full continuum of services and care focused around each individual in today's ever-changing health care environment. Morningside Health Center has been serving Ozaukee, Calumet, Manitowoc, Fond du Lac and Sheboygan Counties since 1965. Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center and St. Nicholas Hospitals are within three miles of Morningside Health Center. Our center is Medicare and Medicaid certified.

Our staff had a chili cook off that the residents got to vote on! Social Services Director Jasmine won with a 7.7/10! Congrats Jasmine and thank you everyone for the delicious food. 🌶

Residents tested out a new game! The goal was to use the bunny to knock all five cups off the table. Our fastest time was 18 seconds!
