We took our residents out to the forest to go turkey hunting! I think we got the biggest turkey around for our Thanksgiving dinner next week. 🦃

Congrats to Sherry for being named our "Employee of the Month" for November! She has worked at Morningside as a nurse for almost three years.

Sherry loves working with the residents and says that her coworkers are amazing! She originally wanted to work in healthcare because she has lots of family members in emergency medical services or nursing. In her spare time, she enjoys fishing, hunting, sewing, and reading.

Thank you Sherry for all the work you do for the residents! ♥

The management team cooked breakfast for the residents this week! On the menu was pancakes with strawberries, blueberries, chocolate chips, or all three! Residents gave the breakfast five stars! 🥞🍓🍽

The Joint Honor Guard of Sheboygan did a flag folding ceremony for the residents and our Veterans. They taught us what each fold on the flag represents. Thank you to all of the Veterans for your service.

Thank you to the Sheboygan Fire Department for braving the chilly weather to do a demonstration for our residents. The firefighters showed us how to use several of the tools and even let the residents hold some of them. They were heavy! 👨‍🚒🚒
