The holiday season often brings forth a mix of emotions, including grief, loss, and the yearning for the presence of loved ones no longer with us. To navigate these challenging moments, keep in mind a few supportive strategies: Be courageous in saying no when necessary, connect with nature, immerse yourself in favorite music, share your grief with trusted loved ones, set boundaries, allow yourself to feel, and don't hesitate to reach out, letting others know you could use some extra love.

In our community, the echoes of grief are all around us. Remember, there's a community of individuals sending love and support your way, even if you never know them. Your story matters. The stories of your loved ones matter. Take a moment to honor both them and yourself.
