We’re excited to announce the return of our **Creekside Performance Center Student Wellness Scholarship**!

Please share this post to anyone that should apply!

We will be selecting up to **5 high school students in Sheboygan County** to receive support toward their health and wellness over a 6-month period.

This program is designed to help students improve how they move, feel, and perform in their daily lives through services such as chiropractic care, mobility work, soft tissue treatment, corrective exercise, and nutrition guidance.

This scholarship is open to all students and is not based on sport participation or performance.

We’re thrilled to welcome Dr. Christine (Teenie) Yurk, PT, DPT as the newest member of our team — our first-ever in-house physical therapist!

Dr. Yurk brings experience supporting patients with a wide range of pain and mobility challenges. She is passionate about helping individuals reduce pain, restore function, and confidently return to the activities they love. Her holistic, patient-centered approach ensures each treatment plan is thoughtfully individualized and focused on long-term success.

She is certified in functional dry needling and has advanced training in manual therapy, running and gait analysis, return-to-sport rehabilitation, fall prevention, balance training, and postural retraining. Dr. Yurk believes that no two patients are alike and takes pride in building meaningful relationships to better understand what matters most to every person she treats.

As a Sheboygan resident, she is especially excited to serve and work one-on-one with members of the community she calls home.

We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Yurk to our team and look forward to introducing her to our patients.
