Memo for United HealthCare Patients: Some UHC patients have received letters stating that Helen Keller Hospital may no longer be in their network.
We have spoken with Keller’s administration, and they are actively negotiating with UHC. According to Keller's administration, all United patients should continue coming to Keller as usual, and there will be no changes to their care or cost.
