Please help us congratulate Rebecca Spencer, RN (ICU), and Kristin Wise, RN (2C), our Q4 Daisy Award winners at HKH! 🌼💛 Both were nominated by their patients for the compassionate care they provided during a difficult time.

Rebecca is known for always going above and beyond— even finding a way to surprise a patient with a midnight eggs-and-bacon request, bringing comfort when it was needed most. Kristin cared for a patient during an emotional recovery following surgery, taking time to sit at the bedside, listen, and explain things in a way that felt personal and reassuring. Her patient shared how important it was to receive that kind of care close to home.

Colbert OB/GYN is seeking a Certified Medical Coder to join our physician office team! This role is responsible for reviewing patient records, assigning accurate diagnostic and procedure codes, and entering data to support billing and reporting. 🎄🐾 Lots of smiles and holiday cheer filled the halls of Helen Keller Hospital on Friday as we came together for our annual Employee Christmas Celebration! The day was made even brighter with a special visit from Vivian, our Huntsville Hospital Facility Dog, and her handler, Angel, who brought comfort, joy, and plenty of tail wags to employees and patients alike.

She stepped in without hesitation, balancing her regular workload with the added duties to keep patient results on track.
