At Ray of Hope, we have so much to offer! Walk in for free and confidential pregnancy tests and emergency (baby supply) needs. We can also help with no cost ultrasound referrals and transportation assistance. For pregnant women, we offer an "Earn While You Learn" Boutique where you can earn baby supplies while you take prenatal/parenting/postpartum classes with us. For the community, we host diaper supply nights monthly at both locations where ANYONE can come get a supply of diapers.

Did you know that today is National Alpaca Day? Probably not. But guess what? Humans and alpacas have a lot in common. Alpacas have a very similar gestational age to humans! While humans experience a 40 week pregnancy on average, alpacas wait it out another 2ish weeks before giving birth. Mother alpacas are fiercely protective of their young, whereas human mothers may also have this approach 😆Baby humans communicate by "crying" and baby alpacas are called "crias." Thankfully, baby humans don't begin walking within 2 hours of birth though! We at Ray of Hope recognize that different parenting and pregnancy journeys can be a good thing.
