We are a vibrant and growing community of students and teachers offering a range of classes in Yoga, Fitness, Qigong, and Tai Chi for students of all ages and levels of experience. Within this uniquely beautiful and beloved setting, Shelburne Falls Yoga offers a spacious studio overlooking the nearby Salmon Falls and Glacial Potholes with caring and experienced instructors dedicated to guiding you toward greater levels of vitality, health, and well-being.

Each of our offerings honors the individual, promotes self-compassion, and taps into the full potential of each student with classes designed to bring the breath, the body, and the mind into optimal alignment. Many students notice significant gains in strength and flexibility and experience greater levels of calm and clarity as they learn to harness the power of breath and body working together.

Given the wide variety of interpretations of yoga teachings and the range of skill and intentions amongst teachers and studios, it can be hard to know what to expect when entering a yoga class setting. Our aim is to provide a nurturing and challenging environment in which you will learn the skills for discovering and sustaining long-term health and vitality at whatever depth and level of practice is suitable for you.
