I had a patient recently say "I don't know how you do it? How you find time to exercise and make healthy meals from scratch with being a wife, mother, and having a carrier."
My answer- continue to make small changes. Things do not happen over night. I set new goals every 3 months. I find where my time is spent and adjust.
An example is I noticed I was on YouTube way to much. Looking at the things I wanted to do without actually doing them. Instead, I leave my phone in one place in the home at all time (like growing up with a rotary phone).
Make small achievable goals and habits will change.
