Meet one of our amazing RBT's, Amanda😊

Her advice for those starting out in the field? It may be tough in the beginning, but the rewarding moments are worth it. She stays motivated by remembering that even on hard days, brighter ones are ahead. Amanda approaches each challenge with empathy and patience.

Outside of work, she enjoys making her own caramel or French vanilla iced coffee, loves the movie My Cousin Vinny, and dreams of visiting Greece and Italy someday. Thank you for all that you do, Amanda!

Meet Jen, our BCaBA & Clinical Training Manager here at Bridges.

Jen's favorite part about working in ABA:

"Watching my clients make meaningful progress toward their goals. There’s nothing quite like the moment when a child masters a skill they’ve been working so hard to achieve, it’s truly inspiring and makes the work day totally worth it. I love connecting with families and being a part of their child's story. I also find so much joy in training new behavior technicians. Seeing their excitement when an intervention clicks for them and watching them apply what they’ve learned with confidence in real therapy sessions, is incredibly fulfilling. It’s amazing to witness the connections they make between training and real-world application, and to know I played a part in their growth. Playing with kids as a part of my work day is always fun, too. I get to be silly and make kids laugh as a part of my job!"

Fun fact: Jen's favorite game is Clue, and dreams of visiting Poland for authentic pierogi.

Meet Payton, one of our dedicated Behavior Technicians here at Bridges Spectrum Therapy!

Payton finds deep fulfillment in helping children grow in their communication, social, and life skills—and is inspired daily by the progress she sees. This role has further fueled her passion for communication development and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology.

Fun fact: her award-winning artwork was once featured in a museum! 🎨🖼️
