The “WINS WHITEBOARD” makes it debut with one of the most deserving athletes I know.

After having his senior year state wrestling tournament ripped away from him, he has worked as hard as anyone I’ve seen to get to pre-injury form.

His goal has been to get back to track in time to make a run at one of his school’s records (pun unintended). Today marked a big step for him on that journey!

Neck or upper back pain?

Time to target the levator scapula and relieve that tension! In today’s quick tutorial, we’re using a lacrosse ball to hit those hard-to-reach spots between the shoulder blade and spine.

➡️ Find that sweet spot right at the top of your shoulder blade.
➡️ Keep your arms straight as you go overhead.
➡️ Feeling rough? Good. You’re hitting the right muscles.
➡️ Bonus points if you bridge up and dig in deeper... but proceed with caution, you might pass out lol
