We now offer COVID rapid PCR testing with results in less than 24 hours! We are located at 23 Mile & Dequindre right by Yates Cider Mill.

Please note though, we will be closed on 12/24/21 and 12/25/21 but resume normal business hours on Sunday 12/26/21.

Thank you all for supporting our small business! In the past several years, there has been a significant increase in the number of urgent care facilities and an even more significant decline in the number that are privately owned, small businesses. We know we can't compete with the fancy new buildings or the large capacity of resources but we like to think we make up for it in the quality of care and service we provide to the community! ❤💚💙 We are always striving to improve things and truly value your feedback. This year has put an incredible strain on so many, including the small businesses and we couldn't have made it without our wonderful and supportive local community! Thank you today and every day!

UPDATE- We are now offering rapid COVID-19 testing with results back in as few as 15 minutes. As we are an independent urgent care facility with limited staff and supplies, we are attempting to make this process run as smoothly as possible. It is a work in progress as there have been an overwhelming amount in need these past 4 days. I ask that you please try to be patient with the staff as they are trying their very best to help as many people as possible while still performing thorough and high-quality care. I know this is a very stressful time for many.

COVID testing is by appointment only, M-F from 9a-7p and Saturday & Sunday from 10a-5p. We try to get you in as close to your scheduled appointment time as possible but please allow some leeway. We ask that you call when you arrive but please wait in your vehicle until you are notified that your room is ready.

We are still open for walk-in visits for injuries or other urgent matters.
