🚩CANCELLATION POLICY REMINDER

We have recently experienced a rise in last-minute cancellations, and no shows prompting us to enforce our existing cancellation policy.
When you cancel or forget an appointment without adequate notice, we are unable to fill the appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss their opportunity for service.
A cancellation fee will be applied if we do not receive 24-hour notice. We require a credit card on file for all new and existing clients, which is securely stored through our encrypted electronic process. If we do not receive the necessary notification for adjustments and cancellations, you will be charged for the missed appointment. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
Notifications provided at least 24 hours prior to the appointment will not incur charges.
Notifications given less than 24 hours before the appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service(s) amount.
No-shows will incur a 100% charge of the reserved service(s) amount.
