White Oak of Shelby, located near Cleveland Regional Medical Center, provides long term nursing care, as well as short term rehabilitation.

White Oak of Shelby is a 160 bed skilled nursing center conveniently located within a short drive from Cleveland Regional Medical Center. We provide long term nursing care, as well as short term rehabilitation in our designated rehabilitation wing. Nursing care is provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants 24-hours a day. Our interdisciplinary team develops an appropriate plan of care for each individual in coordination with the physician’s orders. The service of White Oak of Shelby is more than caring for immediate physical or medical needs. Through understanding, compassion, professionalism and respect, we strive to enhance the quality of life for each individual.

The White Oak of Shelby Auction is always a resident favorite! 🛍️🎉
Our residents earn Bingo Bucks during activities, then put them to good use at our bi-monthly auction—bidding on fun prizes like special snacks, clothing, jewelry, and this month’s big hit: experience coupons! From Starbucks coffee and milkshakes to a one-on-one nail day and snack coupons, there was plenty of excitement, smiles, and friendly competition. These moments are what make our community so special 💙

We partied out 2025 at White Oak of Shelby today!! Balloon drop, food, music, dancing and a whole lot of smiles!! We are ready to start a brand new year with lots of new things! 2026 here we come!!!

Mrs. Claus and a couple of elves came to do activities with their residents last week at White Oak of Shelby. Our Life Enrichment department loves hanging with their residents!!

Earlier this year one of our residents said she wanted to have a White Oak choir and do a Christmas program. Our Life Enrichment Director at White Oak of Shelby made went to work and made that happen for her! The small group up front is the first choir we have had and they presented their first program last week! They were awesome!! Great job White Oak of Shelby Choir!!
