Hurricane season is upon us and VIA Health Partners understands that weather-preparedness is an important part of delivering quality care to patients and families. Thanks to the McAlister Foundation, our hospice house in Laurens County, South Carolina now has a new natural gas fired generator capable of powering the entire facility through any emergency. This new generator replaces an older diesel model which was decades old. The McAlister Foundation has been a key supporter of VIA Health Partners for years, helping to insure area residents have access to quality care regardless of age, medical complexity, or ability to pay.
