After taking time to heal from her wrist injury, Marissa is back in the studio; easing into sessions in a way that supports her recovery and still allows her to care for you.

While she’s not fully cleared yet for regular therapeutic massage,
she is now offering Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)

::What is MLD?::

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a gentle, rhythmic technique that supports your lymphatic system: your body’s natural fluid balancing, detox and immune support system.

Unlike deep tissue or muscle-focused massage, MLD is light, slow, and intentional.

Hello!
With our spring gift card sale happening right now, I wanted to share a quick update + a little opportunity for you.

Starting May 1st, there will be a slight adjustment to our massage pricing, with 60-minute sessions moving from $80 to $90, with the rest of our services adjusting accordingly.
If you are a current client, you should have received an email explaining how this adjustment allows us to continue growing in a way that supports both our clients and our team, while continuing to invest in the quality of care through ongoing education and upgrades.

Our pricing has always been set on the lower end of the industry average in our area, and that’s something I’ve been really intentional about.
With the rising cost of everything right now, I believe it’s important that things like massage remain accessible. Taking care of your body, nervous system and managing stress is essential in todays world. This minimal change will allow us to continue offering this level of care in a sustainable way for both our studio and our clients.

If you’ve been thinking about booking or purchasing a gift card, this is a really great time to take advantage of current pricing before the increase.

• Pre-book your appointments before May 1st
Any sessions scheduled before May 1st will be honored at current pricing, even if your appointment takes place after.
