Introducing the newest tools in the Luna Vaida treatment room: tuning forks.

Sound vibration is incredible for supporting nervous system regulation, easing tight muscles, and inviting the whole body into a grounded, peaceful state.

Kristen is currently working on her sound healing and frequency therapy certification and will be bringing even more of this gentle, powerful work into the studio over the coming months.

Dr. King’s message was an outcry for love. The kind that lifts each other up, bridges divides, and reminds us of our shared humanity. Love is a powerful force for change and healing and his words call us back to compassion, courage, and choosing connection even when it’s hard. His words still echo today: we are called to rise above fear, anger, and separation, and return again and again to love. May we honor his legacy by choosing love in the small moments. May we take a moment to pause, reflect, and recommit to showing up with kindness, justice, and compassion in the places we live and serve. And may we continue to lead with love, in our homes, our communities, and within ourselves. 🤍
