Yesterday marked the somber anniversary of the 9/11/2001 tragedy, and we would like to take a moment to celebrate the resilience of those who lost their lives and pay tribute to the courageous individuals who risked their lives that day, inspiring us to unite in hope and determination. Additionally, we acknowledge the current challenges facing our nation and remain hopeful that these difficulties will unite us as a community, rather than drive us apart, and emerge stronger together.

DEVELOPE THE ONCE A MONTH HABIT

Think of the stiffness you see in the older generation as they walk around - do you think that’s how they were born?

Think of your own range of movement compared to how you could move as a child, or even a mere 10 years ago.

The health industry’s answer to our stiffness is to get us out and about and moving… I agree. However, we do not need to move more! If we simply move more, we’ll just repeat the same movement patterns over and over that led to our restricted movement in the first place.

Rather than moving more, each of us needs to move differently, as our bodies (and especially our spines) were designed to move. We need to reinstate (or attempt to anyway) the full range of movement before it disappears forever.

Move better and more regularly (monthly spinal adjustments) and you will:
•Improve health
•Minimize risk or injury
•Slow down the aging process
•Add years to your life and life to your years
