To my fellow sports parents…

I get it. I’ve got 2 kids in 4 sports, which means 3 football games a week and sunrise cross country meets on Saturdays. My calendar is crying and so are my back and hips 🏈🏃‍♀️

Lucky for me, I’ve also got Cryo

❄️ Whole Body Cryo = reset from the chaos, a quick energy boost, and relief from bleacher back/butt
❄️ Cryo Facials = so I don’t look like I’ve been living on concession stand coffee
❄️ Localized Cryo = for the aches you get from hauling folding chairs or hours in the bleachers
