This Saturday, June 28th at 11am, I’ll be filling the cozy space at Informal Mystic in La Grange with the resonance of crystal singing bowls, the soft rain-like hush of chimes, and the earthy heartbeat of my handcrafted elk drum. We’ll start with an easy, beginner-friendly meditation, then let the waves of sound carry us deeper as the tones vibrate through every cell.
