The funding for this project is provided through fees paid by our riders, Title IIIB funds, a grant from United Healthcare, and through a contract administered by the South Central Tennessee Area Agency on Aging & Disability.

Let’s Get There Together!

MyRide Bedford is a low cost, volunteer based, senior citizen transportation service. We provide door-through-door assistance to seniors 60+ who are unable to drive and are able to walk on their own or with a cane or walker. We can take our senior members on any essential trip in Bedford County i.e. grocery store, pharmacy, doctor’s appointments, beauty salon, etc. Our volunteer drivers are thoroughly screened and multiple background checks are completed.
