First full week of 2026 and we are ready!! 🎉
We have new classes beginning this week and we are excited to offer classes that will introduce yoga to those who are new to this practice! Beginning Thursday Jan. 8 Kelly will be leading and Chair yoga class at 10am and a 4 week Beginners Series at 6:30pm! If you’re interested in either of the classes please reach out and we can help get you set up!
Also, there are a couple of changes to the weekend classes.
✨Saturdays we will be having Mat Pilates at both 8am and 9am with Ali. 8am Yoga with Kelly will return once our expansion is complete.
✨Sundays Chrissy will be alternating between Power Yoga and Heated Flow. This week she will have Power Yoga at 4pm.
