MHP Nephrology recently received funding through the Grant to help raise awareness and educate our community about kidney disease.

Last week, we hosted our second outreach event, a FREE Chronic Kidney Disease talk with Dr. Mohanram titled “Your Kidneys, Your Health.” The session focused on how small, everyday choices can make a big difference in protecting and improving kidney health. 🩺🌿
