Sloan has worked as a tech in physical therapy for the last year and a half and is passionate about helping us help patients heal, move, and feel their best. When she isn’t working, she is with her daughter—her happy place and biggest motivation. Sloan is excited to be part of this amazing work group and ready to learn, grow, and contribute!

We all joke that she came with the building, but in reality she is what the Omni is made of. She is dedicated, caring, and above all a true friend. ❄️ Stay Warm This November at Omni Center Physical Therapy ❄️

As the temperature drops, your joints can start to feel stiff and achy. Keeping your body moving — even with gentle exercises — helps boost circulation, protect joint mobility, and ease discomfort.

Here are a few simple, safe exercises you can do at home to stay warm and keep your joints happy:

✅ Neck Circles
Slowly rotate your head in a circular motion—5 times each direction. This improves mobility and releases upper-body tension.

✅ Shoulder Rolls
Lift your shoulders toward your ears, roll them back, and then down. Repeat 10 times. Great for posture and reducing stiffness.

✅ Seated Marching
Sit tall in a chair and march your legs one at a time for 1–2 minutes. This increases blood flow and warms up tight hip and knee joints.

✅ Ankle Pumps
While sitting or lying down, flex and point your toes 20–30 times. Helps reduce stiffness and improves circulation in your lower legs.
