Boil water advisory is in place for areas in Spencer County. See the City of Taylorsville's post below for more information.

The City of Taylorsville Water has issued a Boil Water Advisory until further notice for the following areas: Early Wyne Subdivision, Spencer County High School, Signature Healthcare, all residents on Ray Road, as well as all Residences and Businesses on Taylorsville Road from the city limits (by Country Mart) to Brashears Creek Bridge. It is recommended that customers bring all water used for drinking, food preparation, and cooking to a rolling boil. Let water boil for three minutes. Avoid using the water from chilled water lines in your refrigerator and do not use any ice from your ice maker. Please continue to monitor this site and Facebook for any updates concerning the Boil Water Advisory. If you have any questions or concerns, please give our office a call at 502-477-3235.
