Due to an increase in the number of last minute cancellations, I have decided to start a cancellation policy.
Your appointments are very important to me. Time allocated for an appointment is specifically reserved for you. I do understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all of my clients, the following policies will now be effective.
-24 hour notice IS required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule and fill the appointment. This is becoming more important as my schedule fills up fast. If you are unable to give me a 24 hour advance notice, you will be charged half the amount of your scheduled appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
-"No Shows" - Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment will be considered a "no show". You will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
-Late Arrivals - If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointment follows yours. Regardless of the length of treatment given, you will be responsible for payment of the full session scheduled. Out of respect and consideration to myself and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
