Today is National Relaxation Day! 💆‍♂️

One of our residents' favorite ways to unwind is in our vibrant neon sensory room, known as Snoezelen. This calming space is filled with sensory features designed to soothe both the mind and body. These elements can ease anxious thoughts, reduce outbursts and pacing, and encourage a peaceful, relaxed posture. Everyone deserves the chance to relax -- and our Snoezelen room is a place where residents learn to soothe both mind and body! 🎶🪇
