ical reminders throughout the day

Practice makes better! I practice meditation daily for a number of reasons and I find that my stress level is significantly less because of this practice. I also use technology to assist me. I set up ical reminders through out the day, especially when my energy is low and I need a little love. It works! During the holidays stress can and will increase. A suggestion made to me years ago that pi**ed me off originally was “nothing changes if nothing changes.” So, with that said, just for today MAKE A MOVE to become a spiritual warrior. Set up your ical reminders for self love. That way you’re less stressed, happier, and reminded of cool you are. Let it begin with me. Let’s start with being kind. It is free, so sprinkle that s**t everywhere.
