Om Sweet Om Yoga Offering weekly Yoga classes on Zoom! Onsite classes offered monthly and in special sessions throughout the year. Private lessons/groups are also available.

Om Sweet Om Yoga currently offers online Yoga classes with a nice blend of alignment, flow, guidance, and the freedom to find things yourself, all in the convenience of your own home. You can enjoy Yoga beyond just the physical shapes by exploring meditation, pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Metta, and all around relaxation - because why wouldn't you want to leave feeling better than when you started? rson classes are also offered monthly at Perlick Distillery and throughout the year in a variety of nearby locations. Due to the extreme temperatures, Shell Lake school is closed today, and that means the Tuesday night Yoga class is being converted to fully online tonight at 5:30pm.
You will still need to be registered for this class through Shell Lake CE and the class link will be sent to you at that time. If you are already registered but did not receive the link, please contact me and I'll get it to you!

We're going to continue working in a "softer" style in the Monday morning class (9:00AM) through the month of October! That means no sun salutations, more posture variations, and some repetition instead of longer holds. You can register at any time to start your week off right - link is in the comments.
