This weekend we checked out this sweet little chapel close to St Cloud, MN. In the 1870s a group of farmers prayed to Mary for the locust plague to end, and their prayers were answered and a church was erected. In the 1950s a tornado blew the church down, all except the wooden statue of Mary.😇

This is an incredibly powerful and beautiful place. The inside of the chapel literally moved me to tears. It’s a shining example of a sacred place. ❤️

Happy Friday! I hope you all had a great week.💙

This week encompassed a lot of changes and shifts here...school started and the weather cooled down.

It seems like the full moon is bringing in energies of cycles completing/starting, clarity, with a tinge of just wanting to drink hot tea and snuggle!😅

It also led me to do some major restructuring of my upcoming Reiki Classes!🔥

I wanted these classes to include more practice time, more group connection, and more personal transformation. I also LOVE doing group ceremony, so I threw some of that in there too.

Instead of being a full day on the weekend, I will be offering these over 8 weeks for an hour and 15 minutes on Wednesday evenings to allow more time for deepening these teachings.

I also added the option for 1 on 1 support throughout the training at a VERY discounted price!

Step by step, the landscaping project is coming along🤪🥰 Hopefully we’ll get the bark and edging in the next few weeks.

Honestly, planning and planting this has been an incredibly healing and fun experience for me.

As part of Sacred Living Immersion - Andean Medicine Wheel Teachings, we will also learn a variation of the Illumination Process taught by Alberto Villoldo.

This is an energy healing technique that focuses on chakra cleansing, charging and illuminating the energy field.

We'll all take turns learning practicing and receiving this technique.
