Holy cats! I hit 1,000 followers! That feels like a lot?? Idk, 🤷‍♀️ feels like it to me! It's been a pretty busy week at the shop🥳, and my kindest client even brought me a delicious little birthday cake!! Also working my way through some custom merch so we'll see how that progresses along!
I *think* Ms. Spears and I have the day off today, our plan is to get some deep cleaning done, workout, tanning, anddd ..we'll leave it at that and see how far we get.

Weiner dog on campus! Britney Spears and I got invited to come speak to the class of our friend DR. Nikki Harken! We were a little nervous but I think we made an impression 🤷‍♀️ Thanks for having us Nikki Harken, we look forward to working with your fantastic students!🩷🐾

WDYFMTAYFTDDTW!?!
A lot!! We hosted the 2025 Winter Family Christmas at our shop and had lots of fun with family and puppies!!
On Sunday Funday I had an 80's themed Dance Party in honor of my birthday which was yesterday! We got to go to Bondurant to watch my favorite freshman player #52 pull of the W!
We stopped at Reclaimed Rails for a cold beer afterwards, and got Godfather's pizza to sit and relax with the weens which was my favorite birthday activity 🥰
Back to work for Britney Spears and I today with a busy and full week! See you all soon!com

Happy Friday Body Shop Fans!! This AM instead of finishing the workout, Bailey and Britney and I are getting some Salt Room Therapy as she said she was starting to get a sore throat! Yesterday I gave my mama a sticker for being a good client, and Jami got a massage from us as she is sore from Lift at school-which of course broke out into a debate between the 3 kids as to who is more sore and who works harder 🤣 There are no winners in that one...
This weekend we have Winter Family Christmas at the shop, treatment rooms and gym will be available in the AMs!

Thank you all for your patience with Britney and I as we try to figure out all these schedules with kids in lift, and different practice times and going back and forth to Waverly multiple times a day🥴 We are grateful to everyone who has been gracious with having to reschedule and still come back! I've been working with my mom on some pain and strengthening rehab again, Monday she was in pain and wanted to skip out on me😳, Tuesday, she could see we were maybe onto something and gave me a good reminder that she had to give herself; Every day, every single day, you have the power to choose your mood. I know that can be a hard pill to swallow, and some days it takes effort (and caffeine and a snack😁), but it really is worth to choose Happy!! So get up, get moving, drink your water, put your favorite socks or sandals on, or wear those together 🤣, and let's do this! If you need help, Britney and I are here for you!
