Whatdidyourfavoritemassagetherapistandyourfavoritetherapydogdothisweekend!?!:
On Friday took all three kids to the Dr for sports physicals and Jami Zahrt got to babysit for her cutest favorite littlest!
Saturday AM was the first high school football scrimmage for Tyson, he played very well! It was 🥵 as he🏒🏒!!!
After that heat, it was pool time for us and we got all 3 weens in, though none were huge fans lol.
Sunday was back to school shopping and letting Jami drive as she will be hopefully getting her school permit soon and lightening my load on chauffeuring duties🤞
Then Sunday afternoon we watched some old dudes play good music in the heat, stopped for yummy Mexican food, and returned home to relax with the pups.
Britney and I have a full day today so it's time to get after it! See you all soon!😘com

I had to take my own advice yesterday🙄 (always the worst 😆), I thought I was dying of course, thought maybe I broke a rib, went down the Google rabbit hole and then discovered it could have splintered and pierced my other organs! My pain was so bad that this seemed like a definite possibility! So before I planned my funeral, I asked myself what to do, I tried heat, ice, muscle rub, Tylenol, Ibuprofen. No help, I needed rest. So I had to cancel all my clients 😭 and just, lay there. With Britney, it was kind of difficult, but kind of nice actually too. I sat in my hot tub later and eventually started to feel better! Take it easy! Who knew!
This AM feels like I'll need to try and follow this a bit more, but I am on the road to be amongst the living it seems. So take it easy my friends, and Britney and I will see you soon!🤞com

Turn Up Tuesday we did! Never-mind my paper towel sweat head band!🤣 Had a great evening with a great crew, enjoyed a cold one outside after while Britney enjoyed a small patch of grass, and after cooling back off, we relaxed and decongested in the Salt Room 😌
Also: Turn Up Tuesdays will be moving to Sundays with the beginning of football and school. So there will be no class on the 18th, and we will try to pick up at NOON on Sunday the 24th! We will at least see how this goes and make adjustments as needed!
With that also being said, I am going to *attempt* to pull back on my hands on work in the shop, meaning doing a few less massages and less evening massages. I want to continue to LOVE what I do, and I tend to over extend myself! So please support me by signing up for the wonderful treatment rooms, and know that I will support you as I continue to research things to help you feel AMAZING!! (Air compression boots anyone?? What Did Your Favorite Massage Therapist And Your Favorite Therapy Dog Do This Weekend!?!?! On Friday, birthday celebrations continued for the man of the month! We went to Prairie du Chien and enjoyed the sun and water for a day. On Saturday I made him get back to reality and we returned home🥰 On Sunday, we checked out the new bait and tackle shop in town, Bucky's!! It is located in my previous location just a couple doors down, I love it in there!! We also had some precious clients come enjoy the sauna and the salt room and love on Britney! And if anyone wants this exercise bike thing, come and get it! I don't have the room for it!

Lots of Salt Room Therapy enjoyment going on at the shop! Clients have told me it has loosened their phlegm, cleared their throats, cleared nasal passages and sinuses, and some improved general breathing! And it just an overall relaxing and happy environment! I sometimes get self conscious that my spaces aren't as fancy and perfectly put together as others that I see, but it is all built by hand and built with care. I guess I'm not fancy or perfectly put together either!🤣 But everyone who comes in here is treated like family, which means something different to everyone..🤣
We will be out of town Friday and Saturday to continue celebrating the hubs bday, but we will be back on Sunday morning if you'd like to get in to use any of the wonderful services offered!
