Running a studio as a solopreneur means I wear… pretty much every hat. 😅✨

Coach.
Program designer.
Massage therapist.
Content creator.
Client hype girl.
Cleaner.
Scheduler.
CEO.

Some days it’s a lot — I won’t lie.

But the truth is… I wouldn’t trade this season for anything 🤍

Because every class, every check-in, every inside joke mid-set, every deep exhale on the massage table… I get to be right here with you through it all.

This little business has my whole heart.

This week’s grocery haul is about to turn into 20+ high-protein, hormone-supportive meals that keep me feeling energized, satisfied, and aligned with my goals ✨

Instead of spending $$$ on takeout, I choose to invest in:

🌿 quality proteins
🥬 fresh, colorful produce
🫒 simple, nourishing ingredients

2016 me had the discipline…
but not the full picture.

I thought progress meant being stricter.
Leaner. More controlled.
I believed if I just tried harder, I’d finally “arrive.”

What I didn’t know yet:
• consistency beats restriction
• rest is productive
• your nervous system drives your results
• most “ideal” bodies aren’t sustainable
• faith matters when results are quiet

And if 2016 me could see me now, she’d be so proud…
proud of every trial, every setback, every moment that tested me…
because each one shaped the woman I was becoming.
This journey didn’t just change my body.
It changed how I think, how I trust, and how I show up for myself.
I didn’t become this woman by avoiding hard seasons…
I became her by moving through them.

If you’re in an early chapter… I see you.
And if you’ve been on this path awhile… keep trusting it.
