After age 30, our natural muscle mass starts to slowly decline 😅 which means keeping (and building!) muscle becomes extra important.

Because muscle = your metabolism, your strength, your energy, your glow 💫
It’s what keeps your body feeling youthful, powerful, and capable through every season of life 🌿

The best way to sustain it? 👉 Strength training. Lifting weights, using bands, or moving your own body with intention.

Standing in Yosemite, it was so clear to me:
These places were designed with intention.
To call us back.
Back to our truth.
Back to our center.
Back to the quiet wisdom within our own inner cosmos 🌙💫

Nature has a way of stripping away the noise and reconnecting you to Source…. that divine spark, that higher guidance, that deep inner knowing that gets muffled by everyday life.
