Whether you're struggling to manage stress and it's led to anxiety or looking for some support with one of life's many transitions, Therapy is available. Kathleen Lynch is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor who approaches her work from a holistic point of view. Kathleen earned a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She is also a Certified Personal Coach who has practiced life coaching for many years in conjunction with massage therapy. A Licensed Massage Therapist for 25 years, Kathleen has seen the negative effects stress and poor mental health can have on the body. The Therapy office is a private practice offering safe in-person sessions as well as sessions via Zoom or by telephone. Clients can also take advantage of "Walk and Talk" where your session takes place on a walk together. Therapy is now accepting new clients: individuals, couples, teens, children and groups.
