Care Connect, LLC is a non-medical home care agency providing home care services to seniors and disabled individuals. We service clients with Dementia/Alzheimer's Parkinson's, stroke recovery, respite care, end of life, or just simple companion care. We strive to assist clients with their daily tasks, such as filling out documents for social services. We assist clients who experienced a life-changing event and need assistance in adjusting to their new normal. As part of Care Connect, connecting our clients to a different suite of services, we are in partnership with several hair salons that will provide in-home visits to our home-bound clients at a fair fee. We have partnerships with several fall prevention providers to get our customers the best price equipment, as every case is different. We can assist with meals on wheels set up, Visiting Nurse Agencies, End of Life Agencies and care, Elder Care Attorneys, Assisted Living Facilities, Independent Living
