Join us for a two day, in person professional learning experience designed to help educators and school leaders strengthen their understanding and implementation of Restorative Practices. This interactive workshop focuses on building community, responding to conflict, and aligning discipline practices with Connecticut’s School and District Climate Plan expectations.
Developed by the International Institute for Restorative Practices (IIRP), this training supports schools at any stage of their restorative journey, from introductory learning to deepening consistent, schoolwide practice.
Led by Erin, a certified IIRP trainer with experience as a restorative practitioner, instructional coach, special education teacher, and professional learning specialist, including leading a restorative pilot program that reduced restraints and seclusions by 59% and office referrals by 70%.
This opportunity is a great fit for individual staff members or as a starting point for customized, on-site district training.
