With a strong foundation rooted in breath and mindful movement, Konstantina offers Vinyasa, Hatha, and Power Yoga classes that blend intention, clarity, and a sense of inner strength. Her yoga journey began with the discipline of Bikram and has expanded over the past 12 years through dedicated practice in Ashtanga, Power, Yin, and Hatha Yoga. Each style shaped her dynamic and grounded approach to teaching.

Konstantina completed her teacher training in 2024 and now leads students through practices that build strength, resilience, and deeper self-awareness. Her classes emphasize alignment, breath, and presence, encouraging students to challenge themselves, grow with intention, and reconnect to their bodies in a supportive and empowering space.

Tired when we arrived, inspired when we left—our first retreat was TRULY magical 💛

Feeling so full of gratitude, we experienced a perfect mix of yoga, R&R, connection, and fun! Every shared laugh, moment of stillness, and memory we created together made it unforgettable……this will be a tough one to beat but we’re already planning another one!
