Sara’s yoga journey began after 18 years of classical ballet. Following an ankle injury, she was introduced to yoga and instantly fell in love with the practice and the fluidity of the movement. Through yoga, she discovered a way to blend movement, breath, and quiet focus—the same qualities she had always loved in dance—transforming them into a beautiful, mindful asana practice.

Join Candace Maisel, LCSW and certified trauma therapist for a 60 minute class with gentle heat, 95 degrees, 30% humidity.

Trauma-informed yin celebrates body autonomy and liberation while honoring the foundations of yin: slow, gentle movements, stillness, holding postures for up to 5-7 minutes to get deeper into the fascia of the body.

A New Year’s Day tradition! ☯️🥳

Have you ever attended one of our sound baths with Judy & Doug? If not- here is an opportunity to start the year off in the best way possible! ❤️

Beginning the year in shared stillness creates a sense of connection and ritual—something many people crave on New Year’s Day, especially if they’re stepping away from typical celebrations.

Unlike workouts or structured practices, sound baths require no effort or performance. It’s a welcoming way to return to the body after the holidays and ease back into routine.

Sound baths help shift the body out of stress mode and into deep rest. On New Year’s Day—after holidays, travel, socializing, or disrupted routines—it’s a gentle way to calm the nervous system and start the year grounded rather than depleted.

Many people experience sound as a way to release what’s been carried from the past year—mental noise, emotional residue, fatigue. The vibrations can feel like a symbolic (and somatic) clearing, creating space before setting intentions.

Sound can gently surface and soothe emotions that don’t always get space during busy times. Starting the year emotionally regulated rather than rushed sets a very different tone for the weeks ahead.
