Bikram’s Beginning Yoga Class™, the original hot yoga, is a series of 26 postures with 2 breathing exercises practiced in a room heated to 103ºF in 90 minutes. Each posture in the sequence is designed to safely stretch and open the body in preparation for the next posture. The Bikram Method stimulates the organs, glands and nerves and systematically moves fresh, oxygenated blood to 100 percent of the body. It restores all systems to a healthy working order, just as nature intended. Our brand new studio is sparkling clean, is easily accessible from major highways and has plenty of parking.
