I was truly in awe of all the wonderful people I met and the excitement surrounding the opening of Core Pilates Shelton. The connections, conversations, and community energy reminded me exactly why I love what I do.

When they say it takes a village — it absolutely does. I’m proud to live, work, and grow right here in Shelton, and to be part of such a supportive and inspiring community through the Valley Chamber of Commerce. And it's always great to hang out with the crew from Strive2LiveWell Physical Therapy & Wellness and everyone from the Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce. It was lovely to meet so many business owners, especially our new friend Loreta Daka Carrero
