About Us:
Care Connect, LLC is a private, non-medical home care agency committed to supporting seniors and individuals with disabilities with dignity, respect, and compassion. We are looking for dependable Per Diem Caregivers to serve as backup staff for our clients in the Fairfield County area.

Position:
Per Diem Caregiver (Backup/On-Call)

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care needs (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility support)

Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities

Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

Follow individualized care plans and client preferences

Maintain a safe and supportive environment

Requirements:

Prior caregiving, PCA, CNA, or HHA experience preferred

Reliable transportation to and from client homes

Flexible availability, including the ability to cover shifts on short notice

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Must pass a background check and meet agency requirements
