We offer 24-hour skilled nursing, rehabilitation therapy, post-acute care, long-term care, respite stays, hospice programs, and additional supplementary care service

s. We are fortunate to be surrounded by breathtaking scenery and the friendship of neighbors in the lovely town of Shelton, WA. As one of the newest nursing homes in Washington, our center offers spacious resident rooms, large comfortable common areas, and two beautifully landscaped private garden courtyards.

What an incredible surprise! We were nominated by our amazing community members, then chosen by as winners of their new "Friday Community Cups" program. They delivered free coffee and energy drinks to our team on Friday. 👏🤗
This kind gesture truly brightened our day and reminded us how wonderful our community is. Small acts of kindness like this make such a meaningful difference for our hardworking staff.
We are grateful to be part of a community that supports and recognizes the work we do. Thank you Sugar Bean Coffee for thinking of us and making connections in our community ❤️ And for the tasty drinks!! 😋

Important day here at SHR ❤️ Life saving training underway for every one of our dedicated team members. We take life safety very seriously, and knowing that every one of our staff is equipped with these life-saving skills gives us all the confidence when serving our community. Training days like these not only remind us to be ready and present, it helps build bonds and trust within our already strong team.

A look back at our on-site fire safety training last month 🧑‍🚒🧯Got outside, rain and all, for some hands on fire extinguisher training. Excellent instruction from Matt Heinrich, Fire Marsal Deputy with Central Mason Fire-EMS. Matt came out to give some valuable information on fire safety, get our team involved and get us some 'Pull Aim Squeeze Sweep' experience!

Join us in giving a warm shout-out to our administrator, Lyle. Lyle has been a special addition to our team since joining us in late 2023. His genuine efforts to get to know each one of us has helped support the strong connections within our team. Whether it's dressing up as a hotdog for staff’s birthday, taking a pie in the face from our resident’s, passing out gifts in a Santa suit, holding an umbrella in the rain, Lyle never shy's away from going the extra mile to ensure everyone is smiling.
