Meet Our Medical Director: Karolina Dudzik, APRN, DNP

Karolina Dudzik, APRN, DNP, serves as our Medical Director with exceptional clinical leadership and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. A board-certified nurse practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice, Dr. Dudzik brings extensive expertise in both psychiatric and integrative medicine.

In addition to guiding our clinical team, she leads a respected private psychiatric practice, where she provides compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. She also holds a faculty position at Southern Connecticut State University, where she mentors future healthcare professionals with the same passion and dedication she brings to every patient encounter.

Dr. Dudzik plays an active role in our Rehydrate services, helping ensure each services reflects the highest standards of safety, wellness, and personalized care.

While telehealth is available, many patients find it especially meaningful to meet with her in person—where her warmth, expertise, and professionalism truly shine.
