Saw a few snowflakes coming down this morning when I was walking Charlie Paws! 2021 has been such a year of adjustment: letting go of my timeline for health, letting go of trying to influence the behavior of others and letting go of being the "bigger person" in way too many situations. When we make changes we cannot blame others because the behaviors originated within us...looking forward to new progress and challenges of 2022. I'm getting closer to being more of the woman my Mom ( and pups...lol) know I am!!

I truly have to focus more on posting here on a regular basis. The past two years have been "interesting " to say the least but I wanted to answer a few questions I get regularly
1. Are you still doing readings? Yes, if I am breathing I am doing readings. It's not a hobby, it's work. I have a small office I am renting and will never just stop
2. Isn't this work exhausting? Just like anything else, if you bring integrity, a level of nutrition etc and exercise to the table I believe it buffers any level of exhaustion.
3. How do you stop spirit from talking to you all day? Ummm, we all have to create boundaries, I'm not interested in being "on" all day unless "my team" has an urgent message to relay. Being "on" all day can become habitual and stops us from living our own lives (imo)
4. There is a ghost in my house, how can I speak to him or her? Ummm, you don't! Again imo. If I am asked to do this, I remind people they will definitely be "cleared" from the premises. There are many people who enjoy investigating this, and I am not one of them...if you aren't supposed to be here then you get out. Just like you wouldn't keep a child who is lost who shows up at your door, I'm not interested in the conversation of what happened to them...just showing them the door. So if you want to "talk" to them, or find out about "" etc...then you would call someone else...lol. If you need to alleviate energy that is causing problems, I am your person!!

Here I am 4 weeks into this 75 Hard Challenge!! This is seriously the first thing I have done consistently just for myself with zero apologies. I began for the discipline part of it, because to achieve my dreams it's a crucial part! Focusing on this has helped so much, everything is doable. I'm down about 8 lbs so that's also positive but part of what I've gained is to see how incredibly focused I can be just for myself...and then I can better serve everyone else!
