This is a great way to practice your technique and get a great workout. Mat practice also helps improve our reformer work!

We are very happy to announce that we are now part of the
Silver and Fit and Active and Fit networks. (Soon we will also be part of Silver Sneakers and Renew and Active)

Did you know that you can sign up for certain unlimited classes at the studio and use your insurance to pay for them?
This means you can attend Reformer and Mat Class up to 8 times a month.

Class times are as Follows;
Monday and Wednesday 7:30 am - 8:30 am for Reformer
Wednesday 10am for Mat
Monday 6:45- 7:15pm for Reformer
You can also attend our Barre classes Monday and Friday 12:30pm-1:15pm

Now accepting registration for our 6 week TRX Pilates Fusion class starting Jan 17th.
Class will run from 12- 12:45 pm and will be 100$ for the 6 week session.

To start we will be offering Barre on Thursday mornings at 5:45

Why Pilates?

The Pilates Barre was created by Jolene Messere-Telesco with the hope of creating an environment where people can come to find mind body balance. An environment and fitness studio based on the teachings and premises set forth by Joseph Pilates. Proper breathing and breath control is the essence of life. Creating a fitness program to help anyone find their healthy self.

Pilates and Barre classes offered at all times of the day means that there is never a reason not to dedicate time to yourself. 30 and 60 min Barre classes set to up beat music will challenge your entire body, and the concentration and poise of reformer sessions will lengthen and strengthen your entire body. The addition of Pilates to any fitness program is essential to posture and breathing and will only enhance any current work out program.
