Members can stop by and get weighed in anytime we’re open, attend unlimited meetings, and get support from leaders and other members. They can also participate in meetings from home/work via kimbensen.com. Yes, all our meetings are broadcast LIVE for convenience and additional support! Each Saturday at 9am, the meeting may include guests such as chefs, physicians, and fitness experts. This meeting is uploaded and archived to the website, so you can rewatch it anytime! At the heart of our meeting room is a kitchen where light recipes are demonstrated and sampled at the end of each meeting. Our goal is to show members how easy and delicious eating light can be. Kim’s Options® weight loss program helps you lose weight faster and more efficiently because the nutrition is built right into the program. Once members sign up, they are given a basic “Options® Code” telling them how many of each of the six food groups they should eat in order to safely lose weight. Because it’s based on food groups, not just calories, balanced eating is automatic. (When your carbs are gone, they’re gone — and that’s not a bad thing.) The beauty of Options® is that standard Codes can be tweaked for individual nutritional needs, such as diabetes and pre-diabetes, and those who desire more protein / less carbs. To all the Kim Bensen Center family, friends and members.

I can’t believe it’s been nearly 15 years since Mark and I first opened the website to the public. Many have come and gone. We’ve all shared our losses (and gains), our victories and flubups. You’ve watched my kids grow up; encouraged me as my business flourished, and mourned with me at the passing of my soulmate. I love you all for sharing a piece of yourselves with me and my family.

For now the Center and website are closed but I’ll leave this page open for anyone who wants to to post pics and memories.

I’m sorry this took so long to write — it wasn’t an easy one. May God go with each of you as you endeavor to live your lives to the fullest.
