Your gentle reminder that it’s completely normal to have more than one emotion at a time. Two things can be true at once, even when they seem like opposites. ✨

"I just moved from Denver to Chicago, and honestly, it's been a tough transition. 😔

I've been struggling with my mood, and I just want to share some reminders for anyone else going through a hard time. 🧡

1. You’re allowed to feel off.

2. You’re allowed to grieve what you left behind — even if the change was your choice. Transitions can be heavy. Loneliness can creep in.

3. And healing isn’t linear.

So, if you’re feeling low right now, please know you’re not alone.

Be gentle with yourself. Prioritize small moments of joy, reach out when you can, and remind yourself: this hard season won’t last forever."

If you're someone who cares about mental health, these may seem obvious to you, but for some people, they're not.

PTSD, like many other mental health conditions, is still widely misunderstood.

And when these kinds of myths continue to circulate, they fuel stigma, which can leave people feeling isolated, ashamed, and hesitant to reach out for support.

That’s why it’s so important to continue raising awareness, even if you think it’s common knowledge.

Please share to spread awareness this . 💙
