CHILD BIRTH EDUCATION
Sunday, August 17th, 3-6pm
Led by one of our very own Midwives! If you’ve ever had any questions about the process of childbirth & what to expect, this is the class for you! Open to all Addice patients, Register at your next appointment or through our website!

OPTIMAL FETAL POSITIONING CLASS
Tuesday, August 12th 6pm-7pm
Join us as we walk through a series of movements from the Miles Circuit, all of which you can practice during the thirds trimester to encourage your baby to move into the optimal position for labor and birth!Register at the front desk with Emily, or give us a call!

INFANT CPR AND CHOKING
Thursday, August 21st 10am
We’re excited to welcome Earth Side Beginnings to the birth center for a hands-on, practical training in infant CPR. This class is an incredible opportunity for parents, grandparents, and caregivers to build confidence in life-saving skills every family should have! This class is LIMITED and requires registration 3days prior to the class!
