MOMMY GROUP COFFEE DATE
Thursday, October, 9th 10am Twilight Park
Join us for our monthly Mommy group! A space to slow down, connect, and share life with other mothers in the same season. Come build community, find support, and walk this journey of motherhood together.
This Month we will be meeting at Twilight Park in Conroe!

OPTIMAL FETAL POSITIONING CLASS
Tuesday, October 15th 6pm-7pm
Join us as we walk through a series of movements from the Miles Circuit, all of which you can practice during the thirds trimester to encourage your baby to move into the optimal position for labor and birth!Register at the front desk with Emily, or give us a call!

INFANT CPR AND CHOKING
Saturday , October 18th 10am
We’re excited to welcome Earth Side Beginnings to the birth center for a hands-on, practical training in infant CPR and choking response. This class is an incredible opportunity for parents, grandparents, and caregivers to build confidence in life-saving skills every family should have! Learn essential steps for responding to emergencies, Practice techniques in a supportive environment. Taught by certified professionals with a heart for families! This class requires registration and payment through earthsidebeginnings.com

CHILD BIRTH EDUCATION
Sunday, Oct 19th, 3-6pm
Led by one of our very own Midwives! If you’ve ever had any questions about the process of childbirth & what to expect, this is the class for you! Open to all Addice patients, Register at your next appointment or through our website! Open to the public for $150!

BREATH WORK WORKSHOP
Thursday, Oct 23rd, 6pm
This in person session provides an introduction in Breathing mechanics!
Hosted by Shea Fairbanks a breathing specialist, $25 per person!

PRENATAL EXERCISE
Tuesday, October 28th, 10:30am-12:00pm
Join Disrupt Physical Therapy & Wellness for a FREE class, Prenatal exercise!

MOMMY GROUP + MILK & MOM COSTUME PARTY
Thursday, Oct 30th 10am-11:30am
Join us for an EXTRA fun Mommy group combined with our monthly Milk & mom meets!! Dress up in your BEST costume and let’s spend some time in community! Snacks and refreshments provided !! We can’t wait to see you!
