Vision Source Woodlands is a premier provider of prescription eyewear, committed to outstanding patient care and high-quality service. We are looking for a friendly, organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Greet and assist patients with check-in/check-out processes
✅ Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
✅ Verify insurance coverage and handle billing inquiries
✅ Answer phone calls and provide exceptional customer service
✅ Maintain a clean and organized front office

What We’re Looking For
✔ Strong communication and multitasking skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
✔ Basic knowledge of insurance verification (preferred)
✔ A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset

Dr. Gerdts won the 2024 National Championship in SVRA series Group 12 last weekend at Circuit of the Americas in Austin. Dr. Gerdts is a certified high performance driving instructor and has three competition racing licenses.

He is fortunate to have several sponsors from multiple industries assist him in this endeavor, including Vision Source.
