☀️ Summer’s Almost Here – Protect Your Skin! 🧴

As we get ready for longer days and more time outdoors, it’s important to remember: skin cancer is the most common cancer in the U.S. — but it’s also one of the most preventable.

🎯 A few simple habits can make a big difference:
✅ Wear broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) every day — yes, even on cloudy days!
✅ Reapply every 2 hours (and after swimming or sweating).
✅ Cover up with hats, sunglasses, and protective clothing.
✅ Avoid tanning beds and seek shade when the sun is strongest (10 AM–4 PM).
✅ Check your skin regularly and talk to your doctor about any changes.
