Trying out my brand new steamer with a Propolis Clay Mask!

Steaming the skin is a staple in my new Skin & Soul Signature Treatment-generating an ionized v***r helps to facilitate blood circulation and the metabolic process of the skin, moving out cellular waste, toxins and lymph stagnation. It also increases cellular moisture, softens and deeply cleanses the skin.

WHEN MASKING-it’s always good to keep a clay mask wet. If you allow it to dry it will pull water out of the skin throwing it off balance.

My gracious client allowed me to share her transformation from her facial today!
As you can see she came in with some cellular stagnation where toxins, cellular waste and fluids have accumulated around her eyes, jawline, nasal folds and neck. By supporting movement through lymphatic support and working with products that are filled with antioxidants, anti-inflammatories, and many other vital nutrients which have skin barrier and healing properties, you can see how her skin transformed. My little client on this Winter morning 🤍
I’m practicing a new technique I’m learning from a training I took from . It’s a European Lifting Massage-according to Anastasia “manipulating and massaging the skin means increased blood flow to the area. More blood to the skin means more oxygen to the skin, and that blood flow also brings more nutrients. Just by stimulating the skin, it stops being so lethargic and kick-starts your fibroblasts to produce more collagen.
By massaging the skin, we reduce lines and wrinkles. You won't see a significant reduction of lines if you only use skincare. You either have to do injectables or manipulate tissues with your hands…” and I’m not about the injectables 🙅🏼‍♀️

The results? A natural facelift. The facial muscles improve tone & elasticity, we increase collagen & elastin production, blood flow, stimulate the lymph and cell metabolism.
