Aging

I see some people giving up as they age - accepting getting older as meaning it’s time to get aches and pains, become less flexible and less exuberant in many ways. I also see others who embrace their age, using it in a positive way- more experience, more self knowledge and self assurance. My wish is that if you feel bad about aging in any way that this video may help you see aging in a more positive way and that you will reignite your passion for living.
