❄️ Winter Solstice Donation Yoga and Toy Drive with Gena Rockwell
This class is an opportunity to join together and collectively turn inwards to restore the mind, body and spirit. The practice will include yin yoga, somatic movement, calming breath work and deep relaxation. Participants will be invited to embrace the nature of darkness and stillness of the season in preparation of the energy of renewal and transformation that comes with the return of the light. Pay what you can for donation. If you would also like to bring an unopened toy for a child in need, Gena will be dropping them off at Eastern Panhandle Empowerment Center the next day.
❄️ NYD Yoga: Align With Your Sankalpa with Sherry Speelman
Start New Years Day with a nourishing yoga practice of movement and stillness, reflection and intention.
This mindful movement flow, with a touch of yin, ending with yoga nidra, will help create space for you to connect with your sankalpa (intention) and set your new year dristhi (focused gaze) for 2026.
❄️ Massage & Sound with Veronica Lynn and Vivian Emmons
Join Veronica Turley, certified sound healer, and Vivian Emmons, Licensed Massage Therapist for a night of both healing touch and sound. Be guided through a renewing sound bath alongside mini-massages offered by Vivian in this new year’s offering.
❄️ Absolute Beginner Ballet Workshop with Gena Rockwell
This workshop is aimed at the brand new beginner ballet student. Class be held at a slower pace will include basic ballet steps, foot and arm positions and body alignment. This class is a great way to prepare for Saturday’s adult ballet class and is also a good fit for anyone who wants to review the basics. Space is limited so pre-registration is highly recommended.
